Thank you for registering for the 2026 Winter League. Registration is now officially closed.
Fourteen players have been divided into two groups, seeded based on their performance last year or an approximate ranking. Each player will play every other player in their group once. With 21 matches per group, there will be 42 matches total. The top four players from each group will advance to the playoffs.
The playoffs will consist of the quarter-finals, semi-finals, third-place match, and final. All three finalists will receive a GVTTC Winter League Crystal Trophy.
Match Logistics & Rules
- Time & Location: All matches are scheduled at Henderson Recreation Centre on Sundays during the 2nd session. Players may play earlier or later by mutual agreement.
- Rescheduling: No formal rescheduling will be provided. If you are unable to play a scheduled match, you are responsible for finding a time and place to complete it before the end of the group stage. Players who do not make themselves available for a match until the end of the group stage will be marked with a loss.
- Rules: All matches are self-umpired and governed by the current ITTF rules. Matches are best of five to eleven points, with a two-point difference in the event of a tie.
- League Fee: Please submit your league fee by e-transfer to payments@victtclub.ca (Thank you if you have already done so).

Suggested Alternative Venues:
- Westshore Club in Langford (1 table). Arrangements must be made with Andreas David.
- Any other recreational centre in the Greater Victoria area, by mutual agreement of players.
- The newest venue (2 tables) at 3311 Oak Street (Unit G). Arrange the time and key with Andreas David.
